Stage 1 Final Report (April 2003): The Final Report provides a summary of key findings of the first stage of this investigation including the current status of the energy sector in the countries of operation, introduction to the various renewable energy options, summary of the renewable energy country profiles, project assessment methodology, and recommendations for further investigation.

Final Report Presentation (December 2002):  The Final Report presentation provides a thorough summary of the method and findings of the first stage of the project.
